How to convert PowerPoint to PDF

To convert PowerPoint to PDF, open the PowerPoint to PDF tool and add your .pptx — PDFER renders each slide to a PDF page in your browser, so the deck is never uploaded.

One page per slide

Each slide becomes a PDF page, preserving its layout as a rendered image. Animations and embedded media don't carry into a static PDF.

The reverse

To turn a PDF back into slides, use PDF to PowerPoint, which places each page onto its own slide.

Frequently asked

Does each slide become a page?
Yes. Every slide is rendered to its own PDF page, keeping the slide layout.
Are animations kept?
No — a PDF is static, so animations and transitions are flattened to the slide's final appearance.
