Terms of Service

Last updated June 7, 2026

By using PDFER you agree to these terms. They're intentionally short.

The service

PDFER provides free tools that process PDF and image files entirely within your browser. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

  • Use PDFER only with files you have the right to process.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse the service's security.

Your files and content

You retain all rights to your files. Because processing happens locally in your browser, we never receive, claim, or store any rights over your content. See the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFER and its operator are not liable for any loss of data or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Always keep a copy of important files.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you have under the laws of your own country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms over time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
